Outside of my family life and my work in financial services, football has always been my biggest passion. After years of playing at a high amateur level, earning my FA coaching badges, and arranging mortgages for professional athletes, I founded xG Football Agency in 2024 as a solo venture.
As a FIFA-accredited sports agent, I created xG to give high-potential footballers the exclusive, hands-on representation they need to succeed at the highest levels of the game - and build a sustainable legacy beyond it.

Transitioning into sports management was a natural evolution for me. Having spent nearly two decades negotiating high-stakes financial deals, growing brokerages, and managing property developments, I bring a level of boardroom acumen to contract negotiations that traditional sports agencies rarely match.
My deep connection to the sport is built on real, hands-on involvement:
- Grassroots & Youth Development: Over a five-year period, I earned my Football Association (FA) coaching badges and worked extensively with youth players from U10 to U15 levels. This gave me invaluable insight into the psychological and physical needs of emerging talent.
- First-Hand Athletic & Financial Insight: Having played at a competitive amateur level and arranged mortgages for professional players during my advisory career, I understand both the pressures on the pitch and the financial realities off it.
- FIFA Licensed Credibility: Passing the FIFA Football Agent examination in 2024 allowed me to combine my passion for the game with my proven skills in negotiation, legal compliance, and strategic deal-making.
