Where it all began
I have always thought that pricey subscriptions for mortgage criteria tools are a barrier for some advisers, particularly those just starting out. I launched BrokerBricks with its free criteria search tool bundled in to remove that barrier.
BrokerBricks is a modular platform designed to be built on. Advisers can cherrypick the tools they want to accompany the free Criteria Brick and build their own personalised toolkit. All Bricks are fully integrated with each other and accessed via one secure login.
Bricks in the wall
The free Criteria Brick was the first tool we developed, and the rest fell into place after that. Other Bricks available at launch include the Affordability Brick, the CRM Brick, the Sourcing Brick and the HR Brick, and we have ambitious plans to build more.
