In 2026, alongside Lee Trett, I co-founded BrokerBricks: a customisable, all-in-one digital tech stack designed specifically for mortgage advisers. We didn't design BrokerBricks in an isolated tech lab; we built it out of real operational necessity. We initially deployed the platform across our network of 70+ advisers at Echo Finance.
The ability to instantly run a criteria check and pass those details directly into our sourcing and CRM modules proved to be a game-changer. It eliminated hours of administrative friction every week, allowing our advisers to spend more time negotiating deals and serving their clients.
